What is Project Graduation?

It is the mission of TCHS Project Graduation to provide every senior at Timber Creek High School the opportunity to participate in a safe, alcohol and drug-free graduation environment.

Project Graduation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit parent group organized to raise funds to provide a drug and alcohol-free celebration for every graduating senior on the evening of graduation – May 23, 2020 at Main Event.

Based on the original Project Graduation of Oxford Hills Maine, we the parents of TCHS Seniors come together to make possible a memorable, safe, fun, all-night, after-graduation celebration that keeps the graduates off the road, prevents any of them from becoming an accident statistic, and allows parents to rest easy knowing that their graduate is safely celebrating with peers.

Every student in the graduating class is invited to celebrate together in an all-night “lock-in” held at Main Event in North Fort Worth on May 23 from 11:59 p.m. to May 24 at 5:00 a.m. It is a lock-in that includes music, bowling, laser tag, arcade games, rock climbing, gravity rope course, billiards, shuffleboard, casino games, photo booth, food, and beverages.

There is also the chance to win one of many, many door prizes.

To cover the cost and to provide all of the activities and prizes mentioned above for our senior class of over 700 students, volunteers need to raise $40,000 to $50,000. This event is only made possible with the help of parent donations, corporate donations, and hundreds of volunteer hours.

Please consider helping us make this a successful event with your contribution of time and/or funds.

Thank you,

TCHS PG20 Board Members

According to studies almost 3,000 teens 16 - 19 year of age lose their life in automobile accidents annually. Alcohol consumption is implicated in 33% of those deaths. On graduation night the number of alcohol related fatalities rises to 40%.
